Electronic Arts have announced Real Racing 3. The racing game is due to be launched for mobile devices later on this year.
The game is being developed by a new formed studio called Firemonkey. They are combination of Firemint and Australian studio Iron Monkey.
Real Racing 3 will be the first in the franchise history in which will have many new features in which will include authentic race courses such as Silverstone, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The game will also, feature a number of licensed car manufacturers in which include Audi and Porsche.

To celebrate QuakeCon 2012, Bethesda a new trailer Doom 3 BFG Edition titled The Lost Mission showing us what completely new content will be included in this edition along with the re-released titles.
The mission will see you return to Mars and face off against the forces of Hell. Suit up as the only surviving member of the Union Aerospace Corporation’s Bravo Team and discover the horrifying truth behind the unimaginable evil that has been unleashed across the planet. You are the last hope in a race to stop a full scale invasion from Hell.
Doom 3 BFG Edition includes DOOM, DOOM II, DOOM 3, and DOOM 3: Resurrection of Evil, as well as eight all-new terrifying levels entitled “The Lost Mission”. All DOOM 3 content has been re-mastered for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC in stunning 3D for an even more terrifying FPS experience. A release date for the BFG edition is still yet to be confirmed.
More information on the release of Skyrim’s Dawnguard DLC for PS3 and PC is to come later this week.
This news comes after a user asked PR manager Pete Hines about the release for the DLC. The Bethesda Softworks employee replied with “Nothing has been said/announced about it. We should have info later this week.”
This doesn’t necessarily mean a release date, but could be one step further to making the content multi-platform, after it released over a month ago on the Xbox 360.

EA and Criterion Games’ new remake of the 2005 game Need for Speed: Most Wanted (for which they confusingly titled the new version exactly the same) now has some new insider walkthrough gameplay footage. It shows the setting of the game off, which is an open-world called Fairhaven City. Check out the gameplay footage below and don’t forget that the game hits stores on October 30th.
THQ have released a new trailer for WWE 12, showing off the ‘Predator 2.0′ technology and enhanced audio. The game releases in Europe on November 2nd 2012.
Ubisoft have said that they are planning on announcing new free-to-play titles based on their most popular franchises at Gamescom in Germany next month.
The publisher are holding a press conference on the opening day of the Cologne based trade show, where they will supposedly discuss “plans in e-sports and other growing online game genres”.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot also said; “The total number of players and the resulting opportunities for our industry continue to multiply as new types of gaming take hold. After a successful E3, we’re looking forward to bringing a strong line-up to Gamescom so that customers can experience many of our hotly anticipated titles first hand.”
Some of the titles that will be available to play at Gamescom include Assassin’s Creed 3, Assassin’s Creed: Liberation, ZombiU and Far Cry 3. Gamescom organiser Koelnmesse said that it expects over 300 new products to be announced at the show, which takes place on August 15th through to August 19th 2012.
After the recent release of the first skin pack for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, Valve have announced via their official Left 4 Dead 2 – Cold Stream website, that all eight survivors from the Left 4 Dead series will be available as skins in Minecraft soon. Although they haven’t announced whether it will be included in the second set of DLC, but it is speculated that the survivors will appear within there.
