Electronic Arts have announced Real Racing 3. The racing game is due to be launched for mobile devices later on this year.
The game is being developed by a new formed studio called Firemonkey. They are combination of Firemint and Australian studio Iron Monkey.
Real Racing 3 will be the first in the franchise history in which will have many new features in which will include authentic race courses such as Silverstone, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The game will also, feature a number of licensed car manufacturers in which include Audi and Porsche.

Madden 13 will release exclusively in North America on Wii U. Electronic Arts revealed yesterday that Madden 13 will be launched on the Nintendo’s new Wii U console. The publisher announced that the game will only be released in North America.
Madden 13 will use the Wii U exclusive features of the Wii U GamePad and will allow users to use the touchscreen to create player paths. Madden 13 will not have all of the same features and options in which are available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions. However, the Wii U version will be improved as there will be a Connected Careers mode available and the game will be the only version in which offers a five player offline option where four Wii U Pro controllers can be used and one Wii U GamePad.
Electronic Arts will be realising Mass Effect 3 and Fifa 13 for the Wii U and these will be released worldwide. Madden 13 will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and the PS vita on the 28th of August worldwide. The Wii U version of the game will be released once the Wii U Console has been released.
Activision have hinted Call of Duty Online could be released globally after Call of Duty Online was announced for China last month.
Activision’s Eric Hirshberg responded to questions from investors and said that the game’s micro-transaction formula could be relevant in other regions.
“I think we look at the Call of Duty Online game in China on its own merit as a great opportunity,”
“That’s not to say that we won’t gain learnings about how it works in the micro-transaction-based format for the game.
“And there are a few other regions where that would be very relevant… but we certainly are not ready to announce any plans in that regard.”
Ubisoft have received a new trailer for Assassin’s Creed.
The video details the game’s new AnvilNext engine and shows the environments and full scale battles between up to 2,000 characters. Assassin’s Creed 3 will take place over a 30 year period in Colonial America which will be beginning in 1777.
Assassin’s Creed 3 and Liberation will be released for Xbox 360, PC, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on the 31st of October worldwide. A Wii U version is also being developed and this will be available when the new console will be released.

Electronic Arts have announced The Sims 3: Seasons. The game will be released on the PC and Mac this November and the expansion adds weather conditions in which allows sims to be able to develop tans, get struck by lightening and also, catch colds. The weather conditions allow alien visitors in which can abduct neighbour’s in their UFOs.
The game allows Sims to carry out numerous activities such as football matches, festivals, snowball fights, snowboarding, igloo building and spring dances.
The new add on has a number of new decorations, foods and new items such as umbrellas etc.
By pre-ordering the expansion will allow players to have the limited edition Ice Lounge in which adds a new ice theme social venue and 12 new objects which include tables, dining chairs, bars and stools. These objects are also, available to be used in player’s homes.

Apogee Software have announced Rise of the Triad. However, the game is being developed by Interceptor Entertainment using Unreal Engine 3.
The game is an updated version of the 1994 first person shooter in which features five playable characters in which all have unique abilities to help make it through over twenty single player levels in which are available.
The game will feature many modes such as God mode, Mercury mode, Shroom mode and many more and the game will feature a multiplayer mode which is available to be played online and well as offline. The game also, has a robust map editor in which allows players to create their own stages.
Rise of the Triad can be played using the original soundtrack as well as players can listen to the updated heavy metal soundtrack in which is available.
Rise of the Triad is a PC game and is due to be released through steam this year.

Insomnanic have announced Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will be a tower defence game.
It will feature the classic third-person camera, controls and weapon variety of the early Ratchet & Clank titles, and blend it with modern tower defence mechanics.
Players will control Ratchet, Clank or Captain Qwark as they fight waves of enemies across three planets and five levels. There will be powerful and wacky weapons in which the series is known for and players can build a variety of turrets to add an element of strategy.
Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will offer both splitscreen and co-operative online multiplayer modes, which will be detailed more closer to the game’s release.
Sony recently released The Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy on PlayStation 3 for Europe, and will release it August 28 in North America under the name Ratchet & Clank Collection. The North American release will also include a demo for the upcoming game Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
The new game will be released under the title Full Frontal Assault in North America, it will be called Ratchet & Clank: QForce when it is released across Europe.
The European version will also differ by releasing both as a download on PSN and as a retail game on Blu-ray disc. The North American version will be available exclusively as a downloadable title.
Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will be available in both North America and Europe this autumn.
Harmonic have given Rock Band Blitz a release date
The game will be available to download on August 28 for the PS3 and August 29 for the Xbox 360.
It will cost $14.99 from the PlayStation Network and 1200 Microsoft Points (£10.80 / $15) from Xbox Live Arcade.
Announced in April, Rock Band Blitz is a new downloadable entry in the series where players use a standard controller to switch between different instrument tracks while hitting the corresponding face buttons in time with the music.
Nearly the entire existing catalogue of Rock Band music will be compatible with Rock Band Blitz, in addition to 25 new songs. The new songs can also be imported back to Rock Band 3.
New songs include Tears for Fears classic ‘Shout’, Elton John’s ‘I’m Still Standing’ and Pink’s ‘Raise Your Glass.’
Majesco has given Double Dragon Neon a release date.
The arcade game will arrive on PlayStation Network in the US from September 11, followed by a release on PSN in Europe and Xbox Live Arcade worldwide on the 12th of September.
Announced earlier this year as a reboot for the classic arcade series, it will see brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee fighting through the streets to save Marian from a new villain, Skullmageddon.
As the Neon name implies, the game will be infused with ’80s flair, from the neon lights and bright clothing to ’80s inspired music. A grid-like mixtape system will be in place, allowing players to upgrade their character with power-ups. Double Dragon Neon will be available on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.
