The last of us will not support co-operative multiplayer during the main campaign and Naughty Dog has revealed.
Creative director Neil Druckmann told Gaming Examiner that the title would support multiplayer however, not during the main campaign.
Druckmann revealed “We are supporting multiplayer with The Last of Us. We’re not ready to talk about the details of how multiplayer will be implemented, however we can say that it is not co-op within the main campaign,”
Players will need to search for new items as weapons break after being continueously used and the gunplay and melee combat is an important part of the game.
The Last of Us will be released exclusively only on PlayStation 3 in 2013.
